Vactor Channel Opening Nozzle

The Vactor Pipe Cleaning Nozzle is a professional pipe cleaning head used in combined pipe cleaning equipment (Vactor type vacuum + jet systems) and high-pressure pipe cleaning equipment. It provides powerful thrust inside the pipe, helping to clean the line quickly. Thanks to its special jet angles, it produces high backward thrust; breaking up and displacing mud, sand, oil, sediment, and layered dirt accumulated inside the pipe, and restoring the flow of the line in a short time. It is particularly preferred for stable movement, powerful thrust, and effective surface cleaning in long lines.

Technically, Vactor channel nozzles, typically with multiple rear jet outlets, propel the hose forward within the channel while simultaneously scraping away the layer of dirt adhering to the pipe wall. Depending on the requirements, a combination of forward-facing jets (clog removal/initiation) and rear jet angled outlets (extraction + cleaning) can be used. With its durable housing structure and wear-resistant material options, it offers high performance in intensive field use; providing both controlled cleaning in PVC lines and aggressive cleaning in challenging lines with the correct pressure-flow matching.
