Rotating Duct Cleaning Nozzle
AISI 303 grade steel can be used without problems in Karcher, Kränzle and equivalent channel opening machines.
The Rotating Pipe Cleaning Nozzle is a professional pipe cleaning nozzle that uses a turbine/rotor mechanism to drive high-pressure water, acting on the inner surface of pipes by 360°. Thanks to its rotating jet structure, it removes oil, mud, limescale, sediment, and hard deposits adhering to the pipe wall more homogeneously; it provides more effective cleaning than classic fixed-jet nozzles, especially in lines where a "film layer" has formed.
Technically, rotating nozzles generate rotational motion by directing water flow within their internal mechanism, and the resulting jets perform a circular sweep within the pipe. Typically, the rear jets provide thrust (pull), moving the hose forward within the line; in some models, the forward jet provides a blockage-opening/initiating effect. Because the rotating structure operates without applying load to a single point on the pipe surface, it offers controlled cleaning in lines such as PVC, PPR, and HDPE ; and more aggressive removal performance in challenging lines such as cast iron, concrete, and grease lines (with the correct pressure/nozzle selection).
