The Diamond Rotary Drilling Pipe Cleaning Head is a professional pipe cleaning head that provides high removal performance even in the toughest deposits, thanks to both its rotating operation and the diamond-coated/carbide-hardened drill tip in high-pressure pipe cleaning applications. The rotating jet effect cleans the surface homogeneously by scanning 360° inside the pipe; the diamond-coated drill tip breaks up and fragments difficult layers such as limescale, scaly sediment, hard mineral deposits, and concrete-like mud, helping to quickly clear the line.

Technically, diamond rotary drill heads generate rotational motion within the internal mechanism due to water flow, and the resulting jets create a circular effect on the pipe wall. The diamond/hardened tip structure at the end creates a crushing-scraping-drilling effect by making controlled contact with the surface; this allows for faster dissolution of hard layers that are difficult to remove with water alone. Typically, rear jets provide strong traction, moving the hose forward in the channel and dragging the fragmented material backward; in some options, the forward-facing jet improves blockage initiation/drilling performance. The heavy-duty housing and wear-resistant material construction offer a long service life in demanding field conditions (with correct pressure-flow rate and appropriate use for the line material).
