Rotary Type Channel Opening Head

The Rotary Type Pipe Cleaning Head is a professional pipe cleaning head that rotates with the flow of water in high-pressure pipe cleaning applications, cleaning the inner surface of the pipe with a 360° scanning effect. Thanks to its rotating jet structure, it acts homogeneously on the pipe wall; it removes oil layers, mud, sand, sediment and adhered dirt deposits more evenly. It provides more efficient cleaning than fixed jet heads, especially in lines with dense layered dirt.

Technically, rotary nozzles generate rotation through the movement of high-pressure water within the internal mechanism, and the resulting jets perform circular cleaning within the pipe. Typically, rear jets provide traction (thrust) to the hose, ensuring stable movement of the nozzle within the channel and dragging the removed dirt and sediment backward; in some models, the forward-facing jet supports the blockage initiation/puncture performance. With a durable housing and wear-resistant materials, they offer long-lasting performance in intensive field use (with the correct pressure-flow rate and appropriate use for the line type).
