Rotary Drilling Type Channel Opening Head
The Rotary Drilling Type Pipe Cleaning Head is a professional pipe cleaning head used in high-pressure pipe cleaning applications. It utilizes a rotating jet effect for 360° surface scanning and a drilling/scraping structure at its tip to break down hardened deposits more quickly. The rotating mechanism cleans the inner surface of the pipe homogeneously; the drilling structure creates a crushing/breaking effect, especially on limescale, scaly sediment, dense grease layers, hard mud, and mineral deposits, helping to clear the line in a short time.
Technically, rotary drill heads generate rotational motion within the internal mechanism due to water flow, and the resulting jets create a circular effect within the pipe. The drill/scraper shape at the tip enhances the drilling, scraping, and stripping effect by making controlled contact with the debris. Typically, multiple rear jets provide strong traction (thrust), propelling the hose forward within the channel and dragging the removed parts backward; in some models , a forward-facing jet improves blockage initiation/drilling performance. The heavy-duty housing and wear-resistant material selection ensure long service life and stable performance in demanding field conditions (with the correct pressure-flow rate and appropriate use for the line type).
