Screw-Type Drilling Head for Channel Opening

The Screw-Type Drain Cleaning Nozzle is a professional drain cleaning nozzle that works on a "drill and advance" principle in high-pressure drain cleaning applications. Its screw/drilling structure at the tip helps break up debris. The screw tip breaks up blockages faster, especially in lines with dense mud, sand, hard sediment, grease, and sticky deposits, and allows the water jets to dissolve and carry away the dirt. It is the ideal solution for users who want more stable progress and high effectiveness in challenging lines.

Technically, the screw-type drill head flushes the line with high-pressure water jets, while the front screw/drilling structure creates a crushing/breaking effect on the blockage. Typically, multiple rear jets provide strong traction (thrust), pushing the hose forward in the channel and dragging the removed debris backward; depending on the need, a front-facing jet can enhance the blockage initiation/punch performance. The robust body construction and wear-resistant material selection offer a long service life in intensive field use (with the correct pressure-flow rate and line type selection).
